However, if you see damage to the box, look inside and make sure the mattress didn’t get damaged through the corrugated box we ship with. IF you receive any item from us upon delivery that has extensive damage, you must REFUSE and we will ship you a replacement immediately or give a full refund. OR if there is just a minor blemish, please call us immediately and we will credit you to your required needs or you can refuse but please call us before you refuse if it is minor.
