This CertiPUR-US Certified gel memory foam mattress provides 3 layers of comfort. The top layer is 1” of cool, pressure relieving open cell gel memory foam with a 1.75” transitional comfort foam layer below it. This all sits on top of an 11” high density foam base layer. This 14" Gel Memory Foam Mattress is manufactured, compressed, and roll-packed in the USA for convenient shipping and easy set up. Place the mattress in the room where you intend to use it. Remove it from the box and carefully cut open the plastic packaging. Unroll the mattress and allow 72 hours to fully decompress. If there is a slight odor, it should dissipate within 24 to 48 hours.
